Summary: This is our second time renting this cottage but we've been renting in Breakwater for 20 years. Some of our favorite features of this rental is the 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, covered porch to enjoy breezy relaxing, quick & easy walk to the private beach, fridge with water/ice machine, lots of room and excellent A/C! Michele the owner is very responsive and accomodating. You won't be disappointed- we've never been.
